Humana updates benefits yearly so plans stay valuable and affordable. This includes the OTC Health & Wellness monthly benefit. For more information on your benefit allowance, check your evidence of coverage or your annual change notification. Just sign in to MyHumana and go to "Documents & Forms" at the bottom of the page. Sign in at Humana.com.

To see which drugs are covered by your plan, sign in to MyHumana and select “Drug pricing tool” under the Tools & Resources section at the bottom of the page. You’ll be able to check coverage and cost of a drug by providing the drug name, strength and dosage.

If your Medicare plan includes an over-the-counter (OTC) Health & Wellness benefit, you can order a variety of OTC products such as pain relievers, cold medicine, vitamins and more. Sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account and select “Shop” to see a list of OTC items to purchase.

How much will my drugs cost at Humana Pharmacy?

The cost of your drugs depends on the structure of your pharmacy benefits with your Humana health plan. When you order a prescription, you receive the estimated price. The actual cost is determined when your prescription request is processed. The cost is based on your pharmacy benefits, the specific quantity, strength and dosage of the drug. 

To get a cost estimate, choose one of these options:

To see an overview of your pharmacy claims spending—including the amount both you and Humana have paid for your prescriptions—sign in to your MyHumana account and select “Claims” under the “Coverage, Claims & Spending” section at the top of the page. Then select “Pharmacy” once you’re on the claims page.

What diabetes supplies can I get at Humana Pharmacy?

You can get blood glucose meters, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, and control solutions at Humana Pharmacy.

Sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account and select the “Shop” tab to see a full list of our diabetes supplies.

What is the prescription (Rx) calculator?

The prescription (Rx) calculator is used to estimate the future cost of your medicines based on your current dosage. Sign in to MyHumana and select “Rx Calculator” under the Tools & Resources section at the bottom of the page to calculate your costs.

How do I order over-the-counter (OTC) supplies?

If your insurance plan includes a health and wellness benefit, you can order supplies by going to "Shop Supplies" after you sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account. Select the supply you'd like to order and your health and wellness credit will be applied at checkout.
